Course Description: Join Our Daily Wine School in January for a course designed to introduce you to world of tasting wine. We will taste the principal (and we’ll talk about why that term is problematic now!) 8 grape varieties, and by tasting these major grape varieties, we’ll explore the range of structural and aromatic profiles found in most wines. Have you always wondered what on earth people were talking about when they gushed over this wine’s acid or that wine’s tannin profile–or why the wine smells like cherries? This course is FOR YOU! It’s also a great course for folks who are just wanting to know more and make more informed choices in the maze of grocery store aisles and wine shop racks.
